I have over 100 Trello cards on my workspace. ALL have Google-Power Ups added (a google drive folder per card for documents/media files). ALL of the cards when opened now have no heading/ link to the Google Drive folder (they used to show it between 'Description' and 'Attachments') and so no folder contents either. (Except for one - a media file) which when clicked on, does open the 'missing' google drive folder for the card, but it is empty - including the media file missing as well. ALL old and new Trello cards are doing this. Please see attached pic. You can also see in the pic that the option to 'connect your google account' exists. When clicked on and the steps followed, it seems that it is connected as it should be. This has however made no difference to the issue. Any help would be appreciated ASAP this is vital for my new business. PLEASE! and THANK YOU.
Hi @James !
Due to a recent bug on Google Drive Power-up, it had to be re-verified by Google, and one of the changes was that when attaching Drive folders/files to cards, the original folder preview is no longer available as the API we were using to render them was considered "restricted" by Google.
You can still click into the folder/file or use Trello's native attachment previewer.
Hope that clarifies your question!
@James i believe you dont really need the power-up any more single google drive files are living in attachments now, not their own section.
what are you expecting to see here? is the bug that its still saying connect your google account even after you've connected it?
Will escalate this ticket for support so they can check what might be going on with those auth issues.
