Good day, After the festive season I have come back to work and my board has changed.
I can not see the contact details on a card and don't know how to fix the problem.

In this case, I strongly recommend you raise a ticket on Atlassian's customer portal (https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/) this issue probably will involve sensitive data so non-public support is the best option.
