Getting a value from within a card and writting that to a custom field

Question

I'm building a template that is used to create "job  boards"

I want to provide a button (preferably in a single card called Job#) Have that button run a butler script that will take a value within "JOB#" and write that variable to all the cards on the board to a custom field "Job No#"

This way all the cards on this board will have that value added too their custom field "Job No#" them and we can use that for Unito syncs.

I could put the Lookup to the entered variable  either in "JOB# card custom field {Job No#}, in description, or even a card whos name is the job#  ie "100100"

Suggestions on how to write this script.  Ive looked through Butler and not finding the fields that can meet this criteria.

Ill look into Trellinator may be a good option.  I will have a rather new not highly technical person moderating and building the trello boards. from Templates created.  Using Trellinator may be too much for them.  Will look into this solution

@Zack Arnold you can't loop through all cards on the board using Butler, but this Trellinator function would do it:
