Generate emails based on card updates in a private board

Hello - inquiring if it is possible to have Trello send an email based on card updates or completions in a Private board. The board is private for legal reasons, and the requestor that the card is for will not have visibility to the board or card itself (e.g. not be a member of the board). Is it possible to have this Trello board still send an email from a central email alias without the use of a third-party API (like Zapier)?

Hi Russell

Without using a third-party like Zapier or Butler Power Up, there's not a way for a user who is not a member of the board to receive notifications about updates.
