Hello community, is it possible that my team works in the paid version, but my boss uses the free version as a silent viewer and only ever sees the current board? Thanks for your tips in advance.

Subscription plan is for a workspace and you do paid for single board guest. So you boss need only appear on one board as a guest, you do not need to pay for it. Observer is only available for Premium Plan if you want your boss to view only rights.
