Forwarding an Outlook email inbox to Trello

We are trying to forward all emails from an Outlook Group email inbox to a Trello Board/List, creating a new card.  Exchange is not accepting the "+" in the board email address.    

Even tried it as an Outlook rule on my inbox, and get this "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it."   Appears from other postings and help notes, this is not a Trello issue, it is with Exchange.

We can just forward individual messages, but the rules and forwarding in mass do not work. 

What are we missing?  Has anybody been successful in forwarding emails automatically from Exchange our Outlook?

Hey Ron, have you tried reaching out to Microsoft and see if they can assist you with this?

Check with your IT administrator or Network Administrator, make sure that forwarding to external emails is enabled for your exchange profile, and group.  They may have to adjust the security group or settings for it to work.
