For butler rules, is the amount of time a card is in a list cumulative?

Hi, I have a rule that moves cards out of a particular list after 45 days. 

If the card is moved back into this list does the time start over or is it cumulative?

If the card is moved back into the list, the time does not start over. The time is not cumulative either. The Card Aging Power-Up simply calculates the amount of time that has elapsed since the card was last moved, edited, or commented on.
