I'm the admin for our Workspace, and everyone has their own personal workspace views now, but they congest my list as they're often called the same thing (E.g. 'Tasks to-do'). Is there a setting I can change to only show my private workspace views and not everyone's private workspace views?
You could use a filter and have it only show cards assigned to you.
You can bookmark the board(s) you work in and avoid the workspace as your main landing page.
The team could label their stuff better with "[Name]'s Tasks".
The team could put their workspaces as private as well so you wouldn't see them.
As an admin of the workspace, when the team mark their own boards and workspace views as private, they still appear for me. Even if they were to add their name to the title, it doesn't stop the clutter in my view. Often I cannot differentiate what is theirs and mine. With all the recent additions to functionality, I really feel there needs to be a filter function to hide all admin related options so I can just use Trello as a generic user most of the time.
When you're admin, nothing is private in Trello 😅
