I have added two users from outside of my organization but when they try to access my Trello the get an error message. The ones I have frpm inside om my organization are able to access. I have added all the users in the same way. Any idea what I am doing wrong and how to fix this?
Presuming you are using Trello Enterprise at your organization:
According to the error message, this may be an error due to the policies set by your Organization's Enterprise Administrator on App Access by users who are not part of your organization.

I think it is a free version included in my organizations account. Perhaps that is the issue?
