When I export a CSV of my board my archived cards are included. Is there a way to exclude them?
update:
On Jan 25th, 2024, we introduced a CSV export change to exclude archived cards. The CSV export option will now export just the visible cards.
To get a CSV export with both visible and archived cards please use these steps:
1. Open the board you want to export
2. Click in the browser URL bar
3. Type .csv at the end of the board link For example, https://trello.com/b/Vl5SgWug/public-sample.csv
4. Press return after adding ".cvs" to the end of your board link
This will download a CSV export with both visible and archived cards.
Hi Austin,
This did not work for me. I added .csv to the end of the URL, but when I export, it is only showing active cards.

Hi Joshua, welcome to the community! :)
Currently, there's no option to exclude archived cards from the CSV export.
There are a few third-party Power-ups that may allow you to customise the export: https://trello.com/power-ups/search?q=export
Because many of these services are provided by separate companies, outside of Trello, any costs associated with their products are also separate. We're also not able to endorse or provide support for any third-party Power-ups (since we don't work with them directly).
Also, one other way - that might be easier - would be to add a filter in your spreadsheet on the column 'Archived' and filter by FALSE which would narrow down all cards that aren't archived.
