I'm a premium user, but when i try to do a programation i'm getting this message "
Error saving: command_storage_exceeded". How can i fix it?
Hey Weslley,
Vishaal here with the Trello Team—thanks for reaching out
The reason you're seeing this message is that there's a limit as to how many Butler/Automation commands you can store in one account, this is a limit that exists in Trello's database and not one that we can increase.
You can think of each command that you create as a file that goes into a storage system. When the storage system is full, you can't add more files. This will however have no impact on commands that are already created and enabled, these will continue to run - it's simply that you can not create new commands as we can not save it in your account.
Can you try deleting some old/unused commands/rules that you have set up and then see if you can add new ones afterwards? If you are the only user that creates commands within your team you might also consider having another user create some commands. This would then use the storage from the other user rather than yours.
