I need to join my company group to see a board but I am not able to. It is says"User already has a membership". But I didn't join any team and I am not able to see any boards shared in my company group. I tried to search for a help or a contact us button, but I can't find anything. Would you please help me to fix it?

It looks like your account has been deactivated in your company Enterprise. While we cannot reactivate your account for you, I recommend reaching out to your Enterprise admins (this is often your IT team) directly about this. If they have any trouble, please ask them to open a ticket directly with us so we can guide them.
