Enterprise account

Deleted user September 14, 2020

Hi. I am trying to enter in Enterprise account (IBM). I have added Create an Enterprise Team and I see the message: You requested that this team be added to IBM Enterprise. Your request is pending approval by an enterprise admin.

Unfortunately in the middle upper icon of trello I can not see the name of my Enterprise. Only the Trello.

Please advise what I should do?
