Our team members (except the owner) have empty Home Page (no Up Next, Highlights) even though they are invited to Beards, are watching lists, are assigned to some of them and they are receiving email notifications about changes..
Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

It's probably just that nothing has triggered yet to show them anything on Home. In the top left though, there is a link that says "Boards" right under Home - have them click that for now.
