I have two questions: a) Do you contribute to the list of all your tasks
that are on different boards? b) Is there a way to manage employee productivity?
For example, see the number of cards, number of tasks, indicators, among others...

Hi Luiz, welcome to the community!

a) Do you contribute to the list of all your tasks that are on different boards?

Can you clarify what you mean by this? It is possible to work across different boards from your Trello account.

If you're wanting to see cards assigned to you across multiple boards, we have the https://trello.com/my/cards view which will show you a single view of these cards.

b) Is there a way to manage employee productivity?
For example, see the number of cards, number of tasks, indicators, among others...

While out of the box Trello is not an employee tracking system per-say, you can definitely customise it to help with employee productivity. The first thing that came to mind here is our Dashcards Power-up, which allows you to create a separate card type that tracks the number of cards matching a particular filter: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/trello-dashcards/. It's quite a visual way to track things. For example, you could have a Dashcard that shows the total number of cards on a board. Definitely check this out to see if it helps! :)
