Email-to-board not working for forwarded email or Shared Email

I created a new Shared inbox email. Setup the forwarding for the new email ID to 'Email-to-Board' hoping that the tickets will be automatically created... 

 

However its bouncing back with following issue:

It looks like your company does not allow automatic forwarding of email to external addresses (It is quite common; many companies restrict it for security reasons). An alternative option would be to send the emails directly to Trello board or to manually forward the emails.
