Hi!
I have the following situation:
Any idea of what's happening? This issue is causing huge impact in some processes we've put on top of trello.
Thanks
Hi @Marcio Kennedy Yatsuda👋
Christl from SendBoard here - makers of the Email for Trello Power-Up.
Another option to consider is maybe our Email for Trello Power-Up. Emails are posted as comments on the card. New emails create new cards on your board and replies to your emails are attached as comments to the same card (regardless of when the email was sent).
Another feature you might find useful is being able to setup your own custom email address. This means that you can configure the sent "From" and the "Reply-To" address. You can read more about that here.
You're welcome to pop over any questions to hello@sendboard.com or simply add the Email for Trello Power-Up to give it a try with a free trial.
Hope that helps!
Hi @Christl_Email for Trello thanks for you msg.
I've just looked at Sendboard website, and I got one question: what does it count as a user in the licensing policy? Best,
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
For billing purposes, 'Users' are only those Trello users who have been authorised to use the SendBoard Power-Up. You can manage user access and change your team size at any time from your SendBoard account settings. Here is a reminder of the pricing plans (Free, Essential and Pro) just in case: https://www.sendboard.com/pricing
I hope that help answers your question. Feel free to reach out to us at hello@sendboard.com if you need any help getting up and running.

Hi Sal, @Sal thank you so much for this info. I hadn't seen this limitation in the documentation...
Is is posible to configure it for a longer period? It's really impacting our flow here... Thanks!

I'm sorry to say that currently, we don't offer the option for you to extend the period email threads get tied up beyond 7 days. However, I appreciate your feedback and interest in having this option available. I'll be sure to pass it along to our team. We're always looking for ways to improve Trello, and your input is extremely valuable to us.

There is no progress so far on this, @Marcio Kennedy Yatsuda. We're still collecting our users' interest and feedback. I appreciate your understanding!

Ok, I understand.. Just to let you know, because of this limitation I'm being forced to pay a power-up in a per board basis... We may reach a situation Trello will get too expensive, because of a limitation that really doesn't seem to make sense why it exists...
Thanks for your attention.

I understand, @Marcio Kennedy Yatsuda, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I'll pass your additional feedback to our team, but I'm afraid I can't promise you we'll make this change to Trello. I appreciate your understanding!

Hey @Marcio Kennedy Yatsuda! What you're experiencing with the Email-To-Board feature is something expected to happen because we only tie an email thread to comments for 7 days. After this time, all new replies on the same thread will generate a new card. I hope this answers your question.
