Email-to-Board stopped working

We have an automatic workflow that creates trello cards by sending an email (like in the instructions found here: https://blog.trello.com/how-to-create-trello-cards-from-email).

Recently this stopped working for emails from the "ge.com" domain, even though it still works if I try to create a card using my private email.

Are there any settings that could cause this domain to be blocked? I'm not getting a delivery failure notification.

Any help troubleshooting this would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi Owen! Welcome to the community!

I'm Felipe, Nice to meet you :)

Since your situation seems very specific, I would like to take a closer look at it. Could you please create a ticket with us by accessing https://trello.com/contact and selecting the option "Report a bug"? It would be very helpful to investigate further and report the bug to our development team if this is the case.
