Email notification rule

Hi :) how can I set a rule in which email notification will be sent to someone when adding a card to a specific list? I'm trying to create such a rule and can't find the right place :

Butler has a Card Move trigger you can pair with an action that sends an email on your behalf to the address of your choice. I'd recommend setting up a card move command to trigger when a card is added to a specific list. You can get granular and choose whether the rule triggers on anyone's card move action or just a specific person. 

Use the option "When a card is added to list (your list". 

For your rule's action, choose the 'Content' category and choose the option to send an email notification to an address. Fill out your email address, subject, and message. You can even include variables to automatically pull information from your Trello card into the email message. Check out our doc on variables here: https://help.trello.com/article/1157-variables

Save the rule and give it a try by triggering the card move. Hope this helps!
