We're running a premium version of Trello at our company, about 30-35 users. One big reason for us going for the premium version was the possibility of making the more advanced checklists, where you can assign different users to specific assignments.
The problem that we're experiencing right now, is that we aren't getting any email notifications. Some of us also stopped getting email notifications overall, although the settings are okay. Do you have any suggestions for solving this problem? And yes, we have checked in the junk mail, and the notifications haven't ended up there.
Hi @Johan Aldrin ! Welcome to the community :) what are you expecting to be notified of? If you're expecting to be notified when you're assigned to a checklist item, or checklist item due date reminders, these aren't covered yet in Trello's default notifications https://help.trello.com/article/793-receiving-trello-notifications
If you're watching cards/lists/boards and activity is happening in those cards that's included in the above guide (e.g @mentions, card movements) and you're still not receiving notifications, maybe check out this guide here to see if it helps https://help.trello.com/article/740-notifications-are-not-working
