Email notification link to laptop app instead of online

I like the feature of email notification which shows the updates on Trello. 

When I click on the links to look at them, they direct me to the online website. I would like to know if there is a way to direct them to the laptop application instead of the online website.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community, and I'm glad to see you have joined us.

I'm afraid, but at the moment, there's no option to enable Trello links to be opened through the Desktop app. So right now, all the Trello links will open directly through your browser instead of using the app.

Understandably this could be a nice feature to be added to Trello. And so, I've marked your feedback as a feature request with our product team.

You could use a Redirector extension on your browser as a workaround, redirecting the links to your Trello app.
