Email & IOS Not Work Notifications

Hello Despite making all the settings, I can't receive any notifications in the email or iOS app. I don't receive any notifications in Trello either. You can see it in the attached video. The same details and settings were made in the iOS app. Notifications were turned on in the iOS app, etc.. What can I do??

Meanwhile, Three common situations arise with notifications:

1.) You're not getting notified of actions you expect would trigger a notification

Right now, Trello will notify you of actions that happen for a card you are assigned to or are Watching. This means that your icon or Watching 'eye' icon is on the card. See also https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/watching-cards-lists-and-boards/

2.) Trello is sending you emails, but you're not getting them

You can test whether email notifications are going out correctly with this link: https://trello.com/test_notifications. If that's working, Trello is able to contact you via email. Still not receiving emails? In some instances, Trello emails get marked as Spam or Junk and end up in your Spam or Junk folder. Marking the emails as not Spam or Junk should help.

3.) You're not getting email notifications in a timely fashion

By default Trello is set to email you periodically with notifications you haven't dismissed in the web interface. To receive instant email notifications, go to https://trello.com/your/account, scroll down to "Change notification email frequency", and select "Instantly".

If you're running into another issue, could you take a screenshot of what you expect to see a notification for, so we can take a closer look?

I guess you didn't watch the attached video!!!! I tried all of these already. I even tried it with a new email address and a new account. brsylmzmr@gmail.com but it didn't send a notification. I also tried it with a different account. site@b3dp.com but it didn't come either. test emails work. my notification frequency is Instant my notification settings are on in the mobile app. but I never get any notifications!!!!
