Hi

I have 3 Lists - Tasks, Due soon and Urgent. Whenever a card from Tasks is reaching 2 days due, I want it to be moved in due soon. When has 1 day due, to be moved under urgent. I've created the rules but they are not triggering. How can I solve this?

Thanks!

Hi Alexandru - welcome to the community!

The rules seem correct, so if they're not triggering when you would expect, you can also check the automation log to see if there are any errors.

It's also good to note that the due date automation runs every midnight and detects full days (midnight to midnight). For example, the automation is 1 day before a card is due, move the card to another list.

If the card's due date is on the 29th September, the automation will run on 28th September at midnight.

I can see you recently created or updated the automation, so if you do have another upcoming due date, you could monitor the card to see if the the automation works as expected.
