Dropbox deprecation in Trello after December 30, 2022?

So we finally get Trello working in Dropbox this year. Now it's getting 'deprecated???!!' At the end of this year. Anyone else notice this?

Yep, although I've pretty much moved off Dropbox recently, so it's not a big problem for me.

I am curious as to why Dropbox have chosen to do this.  There's nothing on their site about them replacing it.  I wonder if someone else might write an alternative, but I think I would

  • Contact Dropbox and ask them what the plan is (and why)
  • Look around for other power-ups that might help
  • Look for another file share provider with an power-up that isn't going away
  • Look for the semi-generic "integration" tools that might be able to replace the functions you need - IFTTT for example (my own company are working on something that glues systems together, and I'm going to ask if that could help you too)
