Dropbox Power Up Collaboration

I would like to understand if a 3rd party that I am collaborating with via a Trello Board is able to access dropbox files and folders via power-up.

Works fine when used internally within our company.

Would I need to share the folder/file via dropbox for example and it would it then allow the 3rd party to automatically access from within Trello.

It appears that the 3rd party that I am working with did not have dropbox power-up added their end..problem solved!
