For the longest time I was able to use my I phone; click on the photos and then transfer to the appropriate file on Trello.  For some reason I'm no long been able to down load the pictures from my phone.  Any suggestions

Hi Andrea - welcome to the community!

To clarify, are you experiencing issues with downloading images from Trello or uploading images to Trello?

As a first step, can you please try clearing the app cache to see if that resolves the issue? We have a guide with more information on how to do that here: https://help.trello.com/article/1061-troubleshooting-for-the-ios-app
