Does the "Per Month" Butler limitation on the free plan refresh to zero on the first of every month?

Hello, I am trying to keep track of the 250 per month Automations allowed on the free trello plan and am unsure how the "Per Month" works.  Is it by calendar month, thus restarting at zero on the first of every month or does the clock start when you first hit an automation button?  Or something else, etc.  Any clarification here, would be helpful and greatly appreciated-

Quotas reset on the first day of every month at midnight GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).  https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/butler-quotas-and-limits/
