Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Trello does support Dark mode in the mobile app under the beta version!

If you are using a beta version of the Trello mobile app and your OS supports dark theme then you can use dark mode in the Trello beta app.

But in the web version of the desktop app, the dark mode is not available yet!

It answered me right at the point. In addition, from my point of view, they must add the dark theme for the web browser too because it is so nice at the mobile beta version of Trello.
