Hi @Cyndi Zaweski and welcome to the Community!  Apparently, Trello doesn't offer an affiliate program or partner program but offer a free month of Trello Gold for referrals.

Have a look at the Related Community content section on the right of this page ~ it looks like there have been previous conversations about this which also might help.
