I am setting up a bunch of techs in the field. I'm testing tablets to use with Trello. With the first Android tablet tested the buttons I created on the card did not show up at all when viewed in the field by technicians. Are the automation button functions, set up on a central Windows 10 Surface Pro, able to show up and work on IOS iPad Air tablets in the field?
Hello @Eisley Yates HVAC ,
I have used the simulator for iPad and the Automation is showing below the "Add power ups" option. Can you double check on your android as well? And also are you using the web app or the mobile app?
It shows up without the three AUTOMATION buttons I've already created to REQUEST QUOTE, ACCEPT QUOTE, REJECT QUOTE. The only place the buttons show up are on my central machine not with any members linked to the board ACCESSING IT REMOTELY on other computers or tablets, running any operating system.

I have determined that the AUTOMATION commands for creating buttons only work on the source computer and once created do not show up on any other device running any operating system. I've tested this on 2 IOS devices, 2 Windows Devices, an iPhone, and an Android tablet. If there is a setting I'm missing please advise. Thank you.

So this is happening on the web applications on your devices, correct? Are you running them from the web browser?

Running from the web browser because techs found the user interface on the app way too confusing and the web version easier to understand and use. They reviewed both options at our office.

Understood, can you post the pictures for android, ipad and iphone versions having this issue - blur out the information that you do not want to be seen, since this is a public site?

It just has the AUTOMATIONS title with no buttons visible. I solved the issue a different way since I'm pressed for time. Buttons do not work on cards except on the resident computer it was created on. Very disappointing.
