I am using the Google Drive power-up on my Trello board and it's signed into my personal Google Drive. I'm wondering if other members of the Trello board are able to see my Google Drive files that are NOT added to the board.
Of course, they can see the files I have chosen to attach/share on Trello cards, but if other members tried to add Google Drive files to Trello cards, would they see MY Google Drive files, or asked to sign into their own G Drive?
Hi @Hannah_Hughes ,
Welcome to the community!
Other members of the same board can only see the files that you have attached on the board from Google Drive! They won't be able to see other files present in your personal Google Drive account!
@Soumyadeep Mandal They won't be able to see the actual file contents unless they have access to it in Drive though right?

Hi @Hannah_Hughes & @Iain Dooley ,
If @Hannah_Hughes connect google drive and attach any file, the file will be available to everyone and can be opened by any member of the board but other members of the same board can't access the google drive of @Hannah_Hughes , they can access the file that has been attached but they can open the file as shared files using their own google drive accounts.

Thank you @Soumyadeep Mandal that answers my question! All members can see what I share to the Trello board from Google Drive, but if they tried to add their own Google Drive content to a Trello card, they would be asked to sign into their own G Drive account rather than seeing the contents of mine. Thanks!

@Hannah_Hughes @Soumyadeep Mandal I just tested this, anyone can add file attachments from Google Drive, without enabling the Google Drive power up, all it does is attach a link to the file, onto the card, named with the title of the file.
If you also enable the Google Drive power up, then you see some enhanced content on the card like file preview/icon.
However in both cases, people who do not have access to the file in Google Drive, cannot access the file in Trello.
In other words, you never really attach the *file* to the Trello card, you only ever attach a link to the Google Drive file to the Trello card.
