I've really been trying to get in touch with a human who works for Trello. Unfortunately after sent two emails messages with only automated response and no follow up email and one LinkedIn DM, over a week.
Can I get in touch with a human as I have been incorrectly charged for the product I no longer have access too.
Updated: it did take a bit of time but a Trello Team member did get in touch with me via email and sorted out the refund payment, it got sorted yesterday
