Hello.
I am uploading a custom photo onto my board and the image is distorted - it's HUGE. This also happens when I use a populated photo already in the Trello background list. What should I do to change the size? It's blurry and MASSIVE on the board.
Hi Amy,
Thanks for reaching out!
The way Trello works with board backgrounds is admittedly a bit complicated. The part of Trello that is responsible for handling board backgrounds behaves differently depending on the size of the image you upload.
We've asked our engineers for advice on how to choose the right size for a board background and they recommend cropping and scaling your image to the exact browser dimensions that you use when you use Trello. This should ensure the best fit when using a particular board background.
To determine the image dimensions you should use, follow these steps:
As for the issue occurring with an image from the Unsplash image library, could you please check if the issue persists when you use a different browser?
I'll keep an eye out for your reply,

Thanks, Lara.
The link http://supportdetails.com/ is static for me. Additionally, this sentence, 'Our tool inspects your computer for what hardware you have and what options are enabled' has me unwilling to add any information.
Is there any other way to make backgrounds work better? I am trying to navigate through as many bugs as possible before we roll out Trello to our company. We are Enterprise customers, does this offer more support with this question?

Hi Amy,
Sorry that link didn't work! You could give https://www.webfx.com/tools/whats-my-browser-size/ a try instead.
We definitely offer more support for Enterprise customers! Could you please create a ticket at https://trello.com/contact#/ and reference this Community post? Thanks!
All the best,
Lara
