Display link from board to request form (e.g. Blue cat form)

Hi! What would you say is the best way to display a link to a request form?
At the moment I have only seen these three options, none of them perfect.  A bit cryptic or too hidden: 
1. Under three dot menu > "About this board"
2. In a card
3. Blue cat forms icon -

I joined the community to ask this question! I think the ask here is to be able to create a space on the board for someone to easily find and open the Blue Cat form. I'm curious why Blue Cat forms aren't supported by smart links? Because that would be the easiest way... creating a link card with a rich preview (kind of how the Google Forms link currently works)

I thought maybe I could create a custom board button called "Submit a response" but I didn't find a way to make that work either.

You could explore adding a sticker or card cover to the card that holds the form so that it's easier to see.

With that said, I understand it'd be helpful if Blue Cat links were supported Link cards, so I have gone ahead and created a new feature suggestion for you with our product team which you can access here: TRELLO-829.

I have also added this ticket as an internal comment to this report so that way our engineering team can reference to it and also use it to help align priority. I would also recommend you to visit that suggestion, log in with your Atlassian account, and click Start watching this issue on the right panel. This will help our product and engineering team understand more about which functionalities our users are interested in.
