Disorder in the sequence of upload files

Hi there!

I'm having a problem when I upload some files to the cards. It started in July. When I upload files they do not stay in order anymore (1, 2, 3...). Now they are totally mixed, disordered and this is so boring! Every time I have to be careful and correct all the order of files attached.

I need urgently to correct this problem. It occurs in all my workspaces.

Hi Maira!

I haven't been able to replicate just yet, but let's see if we can figure that out. When do you notice the order changing - is it right after you upload a new file? Or is the order correct when you upload a few files, then you come back a day later and it's different?

Something to check. Log in and look at the action history of your card. You'll see all files uploaded to the card there, and those should remain in order since they are timestamped based on when they were uploaded to the card.
