Disable moving trello cards when using buttons

For one specific trello board, I would like to move all of the cards using the buttons actions (so that specific tags are added, etc.)
Moving a card manually from one list to a different one wouldn't create that tag. Therefore I would like to disable manually moving a card. Is that possible?

I could create a rule that if someone moves a card from list 1, the card will be moved back to list 1, but that would include cards moved using a button right?

@Frank van Brandenburg you could also use the act of moving lists to trigger adding the required labels ...

Yes I could, but then I would have to create a list per label.
For instance, a card can be moved from list A to list B, but in some cases label Y needs to be added and in some cases label Z.
If I would use the trigger, I would need to create List BY and List BZ, I would like to prevent that.
