Description format

Hello everyone! I have a problem: I need to add a link in the description box, and hashtags, but my links are being duplicated automatically, and in the other hand, the first hashtag is erased. So I am having many problems with the workflow with my team, because they see duplicated links and the lack of the hashtags.

I don't know why but they have a different view of their descriptions screens, because I have more skills in the card, well I also leave screenshots of my problem,  and I hope You can help me please. :( Thank You! :D

Definitely an odd scenario, I wasn't able to reproduce it.
