Not that I know of - I tested this on a Business Class board.
16,384 characters is quite a lot from a reading perspective - when generating text to test this, it was ~2500 words on average.
I would consider at larger sizes whether the information could be split out into multiple cards or multiple custom fields (using the "custom fields" power-up) to make it easier to digest :) - or stored in a Knowledge Management tool, like Confluence.
Hi @Stephen Wright _Elabor8_ , I was doing some testing with this and I am able to sync the Description field via ServiceRocket from a field in my Salesforce org that has >32,000 characters. All the characters synced from SF -> Jira without any issues. Do you know how to find the true character limit?
