Deactivation of account in Trello without any reason

Why was my account deactivated?
 
Guys, I have so much valuable information on my boards, including super important for me and my family's medical information.
 
I have not received any emails from Atlassian / Trello notifying me of the deactivation or pertaining to my boards being in breach of any terms of service either!
 
Wanted to reach Atlassian's support but it keeps asking me to log in, but I get the previously mentioned message upon log in and I cannot submit a support ticket.
 
Having been a member since 2017 I think, it is needless to say that I have plenty of boards active on my Trello account and I am very much invested in using it as a tool for personal task and project organization so it is very important to me to get to the bottom of this!
 
I need at least short access to it.

I am not a Trello user but I found this comment elsewhere:

"have you tried contacting support from here? https://support.atlassian.com/trello/

"There's an option at the bottom that lets you request support without logging in, which should work in your situation."
