I have about 50 cards on my board. Each card is a company. I have made a custom field called "number of seats". Customer XX has 3 seats, customer YY has 2 seats, customer ZZ has 20 seats, etc. How can I get an overview of the total number of seats? I would like this information inside the board eg. on a separate card - not as an export - if possible.

Thanks :)

I am also using trello long since, to handle multiple client projects, but unfortunately I have not seen sum-up sort of formula in trello. I think the idea behind trello is to manage workflow, project management, task management and team performance evaluation and eventually the customer satisfaction. It is not build to calculate numbers and formulas.

Hi Kristina,

Right now, we don't have a way to sum up values of a given custom field across cards with the native features available in Trello.

You may be able to find a solution on how to sum them up by searching through our third-party Power-Ups: https://trello.com/power-ups/search?q=field

Hope this helps but let me know if you have any other questions!
