Creating a Card Button for Attachments

Would it be possible to create a card button that would perform the following operation:

creates a new card for EACH attachment on the trigger card, and names that card the name of the attachment. So if I have a card with 3 attachments, after clicking the card button, three new cards would be created, each containing the respective attachment. If I had a card with 5 attachments and I click the card button, then 5 cards would be generated, each of those cards containing the individual attachment the originated from the trigger card.

For example, I have a card with (3) photo attachments named: "Fred" "Jose" and "John".

I click the card button, and then another card is made named, "Fred" that contains the "Fred" attachment.

Then a second card card is made named "Jose," and that card contains the "Jose" attachment.

And the third and final card is made named "John," and that "John" card contains the "John" attachment.

Is this possible? If so, what are the commands to make this happen?

@Santiago there's no "for each attachment" in Butler anymore, but this Trellinator function would do it when you add the "Split Attachments" label:

You can read more about Trellinator here:
