Creating Card by Email

Have had card creation by email working successfully for months, but today it appears to be down - anyone else? Any ideas? Any notices?

"Our engineers have identified the email-to-board and dashcards features as experiencing degraded performance. We’ll update with more information when it’s available."

(Amazon is having some issues with one of its data centers which may or may not be related to Trello seeing issues with some capabilities).
