Hi,
we have organized our whole marketing department with trello and have a single list with our major projects following weekly list with the jobs thats needed to be done during this week.
everytime we create such a card for a major project we add a lot of items to a checklist. Once the checklist is done we usually transfer them into single cards and distribute them to the week the job needed to be done.
So while doing this
I am not sure but it could be that this would be jobs handled by the butler?
kind regards
Benjamin
You can make a Butler Card Button. Near the bottom of the Cascade tab, you have this action:
So each item in the checklist becomes a link to the card. And according to this help page on advanced checklists:
You can play around with some further options (may have to have the advanced toggle on) such as what list they appear in, whether to copy over the labels, etc. And Butler can also attach checklists, labels or other things by default whenever this is done as well.
@Benjamin Gräf I came up with this concept board yesterday based on all the capabilities that I have developed. Would you be keen? I have the idea of automatic checklist based on the card progression.
