Create Schedule Command with Bulter

Its my first time using the create schedule command, and I am not sure why I need to use the option of creating URL requests. Could use an explanation

On the above link there is an example which may help you understand, and the idea is that you get information from another endpoint and you use the data on your cards:

Example:

The following Card Button command will post a comment with data extracted from a JSON file that is retrieved with a GET request:

get url "https://example.com/movie-search?q={cardname}", 
and post comment "Result count: {httpresponse.relatedMovies.length} \n\n First result: {httpresponse.relatedMovies[0].title}"
