Copying Board but members of new board can't access links

Hello,

I am hoping someone with more experience using Trello can help. I have a master board that I copy, and then I edit the copied board for each client.

The problem I am running into is that the client can't access the links to their board, so I get an alert that they are requesting access to my master board. Do I have to re-attach links after I copy the board? I am hoping not!

Thank you!

Rachel

Hi there, thanks for writing to us! When you copy a board on Trello, it creates a new board but with the same lists, cards, and everything else. Since this is in fact a new board, you can see that the access URL is not the same. That's why your customers are requesting access to your master board.

Every board copied have a different URL, and you must share the correct URL for each of your clients. Hope this information helps!
