Copy checklist to a word or excel file

Does anyone know an easy way to copy the items in a checklist and paste them into a word or excel document?

Hey Mark,

Thanks for that!

You can either select all the checklist items and then copy paste them into the Excel or Word document or use the export function to export your board's content.

How do you select all the checklist items?  Whenever I try to do it, it moves the items instead of highlighting them

Click a little bit out of the list items, to the left of checkmark box, then drag down.
