Hello
Recent changes in the extent of Trello free workspaces forced my non-profit into the corner as we rely on Trello almost completely but we are unable to pay it's full market price - our only "survival" option is to get into the Community License program (75% discount for socially responsible apolitical non-profits), for which we've already applied by the beginning of last week and the application is in the process of being wetted by Percent.
The thing is - the deadline is becoming stressful (8th of April is closer than it seems...) and we still didn't receive any information about the status of our request.
Our non-profit is from non-english speaking country within the EU (but it is listed in Percent's scope of operations), which I guess can complicate the process?
Does anyone has any idea about how long this process can take?
Is there anything I could/should do at some point to help/quicken it, if there is still no answer by that time?
Thanks for any experiences or insider information about this, we are slowly getting to the point where we will have to make some crisis-management decisions and anything helps.
Hi @Petr Mazak
I don't believe there is a set amount of time - but I've seen it take 1-4 weeks previously.
I'd give it at least another week, and then you can always contact Atlassian Support to ask for an update - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
Ste
Yeah, I noticed there's no set time as there was no timeframe given in the application form. But I had no idea if the time frame is in days, weeks or months, so thank you for your answer, it is helpful to know at least a rough estimate.
It is tight, but I hope we'll make it through on time. It would be really helpful if Atlassian gave us longer heads-up for this, last time there was such a change (with number of boards) I believe we were given about three months to adjust.
