Colored alerts on app version

On the desktop version. When someone comments on a card there is a colored flag that someone added something.   Does the app have the same feature?   I could not locate.

Are you referring to the bell icon on the screenshot? https://share.getcloudapp.com/7Ku6RzrB If so, this will only be available if you're watching a card or board

To receive notifications of certain actions on a card, you must be watching the card (https://help.trello.com/article/799-watching-cards-lists-and-boards), list or board where the card is or you have to be a member of the card in question.

If you're not referring to this, can you help me with the screenshot of the coloured flag that you're talking about?
