Code per Mail obwohl ich mich über google einlogge

Hallo :)

Ich logge mich über google ein und die zusätzliche Authentifizierung ist deaktiviert. Trotzdem erhalte ich ständig eine Mail mit einem Code, um mich einloggen zu können.

Was kann ich tun?

Hallo Christina, willkommen in der wunderbaren Community.

Handelt es sich möglicherweise um einen managed Account - sprich läuft der Account über deine Firma? Bzw. wo hast du die 2-Faktor Authentifizierung ausgeschaltet? 

In diesem Artikel über die 2-Faktor Authentifizierung steht nochmal beschrieben wie man den ausschalten kann (im Atlassian Account) bzw. wie es auch sein kann, dass man die eben nicht ausschalten kann wenn es sich um einen managed Account handelt. 

Ich hoffe ich konnte dir helfen. Ansonsten gerne nochmal Fragen. Alles Gute!

Hallo Fabienne,

danke für deine Antwort. Ich habe ein normales Konto for free. Die doppelte Authentifizierung ist deaktiviert. Ich logge mich über google ein und habe kein Passwort.

Ich logge mich hauptsächlich über den PC ein und muss dann erst umständlich den code aus der Mail abrufen. Ist natürlich blöd, wenn man von unterwegs auf Trello zugreifen will, da ich meine Mails nur auf dem PC abrufe.

Ein Passwort habe ich nicht, sondern ich gehe nur über google.

Leider hat mir das erst mal nicht geholfen. Da habe ich schon geschaut.
