Client onboarding and project management for real estate

I am brand new to Trello and I run a commercial real estate consulting company. We are managing multiple projects at a time for specific clients and we need a really dialed in client onboarding template to utilize which allows us to track all of the data that we need to collect per property. Is there a template that someone can guide me to that might help with all of the due diligence and data intake? Any other suggestions for a new user?

Thanks, Jeff

@Jeff Gould

Just put this up

The 3 ideas there have what Iain articulated where you have your process requirements, checklist,  instructions, documents, forms etc pre-defined. Copy manually or with automation over to the other boards.

His BenkoBoard works well with CRMBLE.

@Jeff Gould I'd recommend starting off with a board that has lists for each of the key stages in on-boarding, and a template card that you can copy that has all the information you need to get as checklist items. When you start a new client on-boarding process just copy that card, and move the card through lists as you check off each of the items.

You might find that the Custom Fields power up is useful, as well as the Crmble power up which is a built-in CRM.

I also have a product called BenkoDesk that lets you send emails directly from Trello cards:

I'm actually about to make a Trello template for Real Estate using the Crmble power up!

Crmble lets you manage contacts inside of Trello, so it's an easy way to keep track of clients with custom contact fields and the ability to see reports/dashboards on how they progress through a funnel. You can also easily integrate with forms where clients would come in, with Google Forms, Typeform, or other places with Zapier.

Meanwhile, Trello itself (without any power-ups) has several features you might find helpful, like card templates. (This could include a checklist for each new lead that comes in for your onboarding checklist.) And labels for categorizing your clients.
